How To install The UnitedTV App (APK file) on an Android TV
Some of the known Android TV manufacturers include Arçelik, Bang & Olufsen, Hisense, OnePlus, RCA, Realme, Sharp, Sony, TCL, TP Vision/Philips, and Vestel.

In order to install a third-party app (APK) on an Android TV (2015 and newer models), you must follow these general steps, exercise caution, and make sure the APK file is from a trusted source.
Before you can install any APK not available on the Google Play Store, you need to enable installation from unknown sources.
Enable Unknown Sources:
1. Go to the Settings menu on your Android TV.
2. Navigate to “Security & Restrictions.” or similar depending on your model.
3. Toggle on “Unknown Sources.”

You can download the app directly on your Android TV using a web browser app, or you can download it on a PC and then transfer it to your TV, or via Bluetooth if you TV is equipped. Both methods are described here and will involve locating the file with a file manager app on the TV.

Bluetooth Connectivity:
- Ensure your smart TV supports Bluetooth.
- Enable Bluetooth on your Android phone and smart TV.
- Pair the devices by following the on-screen prompts.
- Once paired, select the file you want to share and choose the option to send via Bluetooth.
- Select your smart TV as the destination, and the file will be transferred.
PC to smart TV file transfer
If downloading the App to a PC, you’ll need to transfer the file to your Android TV using a USB Thumb drive.
Browser to smart TV file transfer
If downloading directly to your Android TV, use a web browser and download the APK file from the download link above. Chrome has built-in support for voice search, making it easy to browse the web with your smart TV.
Next, you need to locate the file, either from your downloads folder or from your USB drive. To do this, you will need a file management app.
File Management:
To access the APK file on your Android TV, you’ll need a file manager app.
You can download a file manager from the Google Play Store if your TV doesn’t have one built-in.
If needed install a File Manager Plus from the Google Play Store.
Open the UnitedTV(4.0.1).apk file using the file manager.
You might need to grant the file manager permission to install apps. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant this permission.
Proceed with the installation. Once the installation is complete, you should be able to open the app from your Android TV’s app drawer.
Navigate to the location where you saved the UnitedTV APP and launch it.
Next you will need to add the user name and password that was provided with your subscription.
