These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of UnitedTV’s services (“Services”) as a subscriber (“Subscriber”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the Services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you are a registered user of our Services or not. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you may not access or use the Services.

2. Subscription

2.1 Subscription Plans: UnitedTV offers various subscription plans (“Plans”) with different features and durations. By purchasing a Plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the terms specific to that Plan.

2.2 Payment: Payment for the Services is due in advance for the selected subscription period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.

2.3 Automatic Invoicing: Your subscription will be automatically invoiced at the end of the current subscription period unless you cancel. If payment is not received, your subscription will be suspended until payment is made.

2.4 Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available. We suggest trying our services for free before purchasing a subscription. Once you have a paid subscription, an invoice will be sent a few days before your next payment is due. If you need to make any changes to your account, please do so at that time. If you find that our service does not meet your expectations or needs, please do not proceed with a paid subscription at the end of your trial.

3. Use of Services

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNITEDTV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    IN NO EVENT SHALL UNITEDTV, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
